ANDREW WOINARSKI SCHOOL FOUNDATION

The Andrew Woinarski School Foundation was established towards the end of 2006 shortly after the loss of a vibrant young man, Andrew Woinarski.

For anyone fortunate enough to have known Andrew, would know that he not only adored life but absolutely adored children. After he passed away, it seemed only natural to set up a Foundation in Andrew's name that worked with different children's charities across Asia.

The goal of the Foundation is rather simple yet hopefully very effective - to raise monies to help build schools for younger children living in remote, under-developed areas across Asia. Our hope is that by opening a door to education for these forgotten children we are in a small way helping to open a far greater door to a future where they will have sufficient knowledge and confidence to make their own changes.

To date with the help of a wonderful charity called Child's Dream the Foundation has funded 10 schools which provide education to over 1,400 students. Our schools are in Lao, Thailand, Cambodia and Myanmar (Burma).

These children have no voice in our society. So please help us help give them a brighter future and in the process pay tribute to a wonderful and very-much loved young man.
